CityStudio serves as a bridge between city staff expertise and student creativity. By bringing the two together to take on urban challenges, CityStudio Greater Montreal provides a unique opportunity to prototype innovative solutions for the city and to find new ways of learning.
Our mission
We live in a world where cities play a key role in our collective future. While many social challenges arise within them, these cities also offer a wide range of opportunities. CityStudio aims to promote civic engagement by creating effective collaboration for the benefit of society. Modelled on the success of CityStudio Vancouver, CityStudio Greater Montreal pairs cities staff expertise with academic experimentation capacities to come up with creative solutions grounded in communities.
