Voilà! #1

Showcasing CityStudio’s Projects

FALL 2019

Organized for the first time on December 4, 2019 at Marché Bonsecours, the Voilà! event brought together more than 250 people from the university and municipal sectors to unveil the projects carried out as part of CityStudio Montreal’s pilot project.

Concordia University students had the opportunity to present the innovative solutions developed to address the 5 urban challenges identified by City employees and exchange with visitors.

In total, more than 30 projects were showcased on this occasion.

Three prizes were awarded to projects by a jury composed of Govind Gopakumar, professor of engineering at Concordia University, Violaine Des Rosiers, co-director of the Maison de l’innovation sociale, Mourtala Salha, team leader of the Entrepreneurship Directorate in the Economic Development Department and Claudia Atomei, social innovation consultant at Espaces temps.
