This project purpose is to determine the root cause for Montreal’s food insecurity and identify remedial measures. A comparative study of Montreal with the strategic Food Security policies of Singapore has been conducted and recommendations have been developed for Montreal across 3 Food Security pillars - Affordability, Availability, and Quality & Safety
